This is Deago. he was a nervous little boy when he came into the centre, so it is lovely to see hime looking so confident and relaxed in his new home.


This is Coco, a chocolate Labradorx, who was adopted from us as a puppy. Here she is having a sleepover with friends, happily snoozing on her back.


Here is one of our beautiful oldies, Lizzie (on the right) in her new forever foster home with her new pals!

This is Marley, still very happy and very well looked after in her forever home.


This is Bertie, a German Shepherd mix who went to a family in England. Here he is curled up with their young daughter. The family are delighted with him and have said that if either of the young children cry he runs to the parents to alert them. We loved looking after him here and are so pleased to see he is so loved in his new home.

This is Pippin. He came into the centre when he was a puppy and was adopted by Jean, who is the producer of the Sligo Musical Society. He is now a star of the company and recently played the part of Toto, Dorothy's dog in the Wizard of Oz.

This is Bobby, he came to us as an energetic puppy full of mischief and was a delight to play with. Here is is now happily settled in his new home.


This is Bonnie, she is also in our 'Happy Endings' section. Here she is sitting beautifully asking for attention.

This is Dougal and Belle, who both came from our centre. Belle was one of Bonnie's pups.


This is Finley. When he came in his fur was in a terrible state, it had grown to floor length and was completely matted. He felt much better after a groom and here he is relaxing with his new owner's nephew.

This is Harley who was rehomed to a gentleman in England, with the help of the Rough Collie Rescue whose Rough Collie had just passed away due to old age.


This is Holly. She was adopted by a lady called Joyce whose beloved dog Toots had passed away and had left a huge void in her life. Joyce sends us regular photos showing Holly very happy and settled in her new home.


This Jessie, a Staffie, who was rehomed to a family in Sweden with the help of Hundar utan hem. As you can see, Jessie is very much part of the family.


This is Marley looking very relaxed and happy in his new home.


This is Max, a Cocker Spaniel who was adopted into a very loving home.

Max and Alexandria

This Max who was adopted by a German couple who have a holiday home here in Leitrim. They fell in love with Max and went to great expense having him flown out to germany. His owner Alexandria had this beautiful professional photo taken of the 2 of them.


Here is Spike. When the weather is bad outside Spike likes to use the family treadmill for exercise, what a brilliant idea!


This is Giza. She is a Pointer x and was found by the gardai wandering with another puppy on a very busy main road. We contacted the Pointer rescue in England and they found her a lovely home. She has been renamed Lola and shares the home with a male adult Pointer and they get on great together. The photo shows Lola with her new owner.


This is Sheba, who came in with another Pointer called Piper. They were both terrified of human contact and were totally unsocialised. Sarah from GSP rescue in England agreed to foster them and work with them and she performed miracles as Sheba is today happily settled in her new home.


This is Piper who came in with Sheba (see information under Sheba) she is happy in her new home and has another Pointer housemate to play with.
